Enterprise Sales Manager

Position Overview:

As the Senior Sales Manager, you will assume a strategic role in our organization, responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our client base through consultative selling practices. Your proven track record in complex solution sales, coupled with your leadership acumen, will guide a team of high-performing sales professionals to deliver exceptional results. By fostering client relationships and aligning solutions with their unique needs, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our continued success in the fintech industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategy: Setting clear goals, targets, and strategies that align with the company's overall objectives. Develop and execute sales plans that leverage your industry insights and drive revenue growth.

Client Engagement: Cultivate and nurture relationships with key clients and stakeholders. Employ a consultative approach to understand their pain points, objectives, and challenges, offering tailored solutions that address their specific needs.

Sales Performance: Monitor and analyze sales metrics, pipeline, and forecasts to ensure the team consistently achieves and exceeds targets. Implement strategies to overcome obstacles and capitalize on opportunities.

Market Insight: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor offerings, and market developments to refine our value propositions and keep us ahead of the competition.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and customer support teams to ensure a seamless customer journey. Provide valuable insights from the field to drive product enhancements and service improvements.

Negotiation and Deal Closure: Lead complex negotiations and high-value deals, ensuring favorable outcomes for both clients and the company, leveraging on negotiation best practices and objection handling.

Sales Process Enhancement: Continuously refine and optimize the sales process, incorporating industry best practices and innovative approaches to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in consultative sales within the fintech industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and leading high-performing sales teams.
  • Deep understanding of fintech products, services, and market dynamics.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a history of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Proficiency in utilizing CRM software and advanced sales tools.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to drive initiatives from concept to execution.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Established network and relationships within the fintech sector.
