The Role

The General Site Support is a hands-on support role that helps keep site operations running smoothly day to day. This person is dependable, flexible, and willing to jump in wherever needed — whether that means picking up supplies, fueling vehicles, assisting in the warehouse, helping with basic site tasks, or handling general cleanup and organization. This role is ideal for someone who takes initiative, notices what needs to be done, and gets it done without needing constant direction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support daily site operations by assisting teams with general labor, errands, and site needs as they arise
  • Pick up materials, tools, parts, and supplies from local vendors or stores to keep work moving efficiently
  • Maintain company vehicles by fueling, cleaning, and helping ensure they are ready for use
  • Assist in the warehouse with organizing materials, stocking supplies, receiving deliveries, and keeping work areas clean
  • Help with general site upkeep, including trash removal, basic installations (such as hanging signs, shelves, or equipment), and miscellaneous tasks that improve site operations

Basic Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull materials up to 50 pounds
  • Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
  • Reliable transportation to and from the work site
  • Ability to follow directions and work safely in an active construction/industrial environment

Preferred Skills and Experience

  • Previous experience in general labor, warehouse work, construction support, or site services
  • Basic knowledge of common hand tools and safe equipment use
  • Experience driving company vehicles, pickups, or work trucks
  • Strong organization skills and ability to keep workspaces neat and stocked
  • Self-starter mindset with a willingness to help wherever needed
  • Forklift certification (or willingness to become certified upon hire)
