The Role
We are seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to support our Talent team and own the logistics, coordination, and candidate experience across the hiring process. This role is critical to our ability to scale—ensuring candidates move quickly, interviews run seamlessly, and every interaction reflects the high bar we set for our team.
This is an early-career role ideal for candidates looking to grow into recruiting, talent operations and/or HR.
Key Responsibilities
You will partner closely with recruiters and hiring teams to:
- Schedule phone, video, and onsite interviews across multiple teams and time zones with speed and accuracy
- Deliver a high-quality candidate experience through clear communication, attention to detail, and confident onsite hosting
- Maintain accurate candidate records and workflows in our Applicant Tracking System (Greenhouse)
- Coordinate candidate travel (flights, hotels, transportation) and support expense reconciliation
- Improve recruiting operations through process enhancements and special projects
- Build strong, professional relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders
Basic Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, talent operations, and/or HR coordination
- Experience managing complex calendars and using tools such as Outlook and Microsoft Office
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a customer-service mindset
- High level of organization with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
- U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident (Green Card holder)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience using Greenhouse or a similar Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree
- Experience improving or streamlining recruiting or operational processes

Location
This is a fully onsite role based at our Hawthorne, CA headquarters.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: $70,000 – $85,000 (depending on experience)
