Job Description:

We are seeking a mid-level Metal Fabricator with welding and metalworking experience to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for fabricating, welding, and assembling metal structures and components according to technical drawings and specifications. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of relevant experience, strong mechanical aptitude, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Interpret and work from blueprints, schematics, and detailed work instructions to fabricate and assemble metal structures.
• Cut, bend, and shape metal materials using fabrication tools and machinery (e.g., shears, brakes, saws, grinders).
• Perform welding tasks (MIG, TIG, or stick welding) to join or repair metal components with precision and quality.
• Conduct in-process and final quality checks to ensure fabrications meet specifications and industry standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues during the fabrication or assembly process, escalating complex problems when needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Collaborate with engineers, technicians, and junior fabricators to meet project deadlines.
• Follow all safety protocols and adhere to company and industry standards.

Qualifications:

• 3–5 years of experience in metal fabrication, welding, and assembly of metal components.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints.
• Welding certification (preferred but not required).
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, metalworking machinery, and welding equipment.
• Physical ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various environments.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, strong work ethic, and ability to work with minimal supervision
