Springbuk is looking for proven, quota-carrying sales performers to help us grow our loyal employers and channel partners. The Territory Sales Executive will generate business in new accounts, across U.S. markets. As a Direct Territory Sales Executive, you’ll join an energetic sales team that is dedicated to using data to prevent disease. This position reports to the Vice President of Mid-Market Sales. Our ideal candidate will share our mission of arming employers and their broker/consultants with the insights to drive engagement, pinpoint risk and deliver a measurable return. Here’s what you will do:

  • Oversee complex sales cycles
  • Demo and present an overview of Springbuk virtually through web conference, or in-person to decision team
  • Leverage our lead generation team to manage new and existing opportunities
  • Engage with senior-level decision-makers with a high degree of professionalism, accuracy, and follow-up
  • Serve as an educator and enthusiast of healthcare industry knowledge and direction
  • Prospect, nurture, and close net new business opportunities
  • Manage sales pipeline through Salesforce.com
  • Travel for future client meetings in person
Requirements
  • Experience as a top producing quota-carrying sales representative
  • SaaS (Software as a Service) or healthcare sales experience
  • Ability to work in a rapidly expanding and changing environment
  • Proficient knowledge of Salesforce.com
  • Skills to uncover client pain points and create an outcome-based vision
  • Ability to build relationships with business leaders and different departments within the C-Suite
  • Be passionate about success and being part of a winning team
  • Emotional intelligence
  • Strong work ethic
  • Four-year university/college degree in related field or relevant work experience

Not required but a plus:

  • Experience working with large employers
  • Experience selling analytics

  • 30 Days:
    • Tell the Springbuk story
    • Complete a full needs analysis for a prospect
    • Manage sales pipeline in Salesforce
    • Prospect into accounts
  • 60 Days:
    • Understand each section of the Springbuk platform
    • Create the vision for our clients
    • Perform entry-level demo
  • 90 Days:
    • Fully trained and able to perform the essential functions as outlined above.
