SportsVisio provides livestreaming, computer-vision statistics, and AI products for youth basketball and volleyball tournaments nationwide. We're hiring a Streaming Operations Manager to own execution across our event weekends - equipment, on-site crew, staffing, and connectivity - so every game gets captured, streamed, and delivered on time. This is a hands-on, on-the-road role: you'll be traveling to tournaments most weekends during the season to staff events, train crew, and run setups in person.

WHAT YOU'LL OWN

Equipment & Inventory - Own the equipment tracker and weekly capacity plan; coordinate shipping/receiving for remote venues; manage the repair and vendor pipeline; transport and drive equipment (including box truck/cargo van) between venues as needed.

Staffing, Training & Performance Management - Recruit, train, and directly manage on-site crew and contractors; run hands-on training for new hires at events; evaluate crew performance and address issues in real time.

Connectivity & Technical Readiness - Confirm venue internet ahead of events, arrange backup connectivity, and lead first-line troubleshooting during live broadcasts.

Event Coordination - Be the operational point of contact for tournament operators on scheduling, setup, and day-of issues; work the event floor alongside crew, not just from a laptop.

Reporting - Track capture rate, turnaround time, and service-level metrics; flag risks before they become customer issues.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• 2+ years managing live event operations, broadcast operations, or similar logistics-heavy, hands-on coordination
• - Willing and able to travel most weekends during the season - this is an on-the-road, on-the-floor role, not a desk job
• - Comfortable being the person who gets the call when a venue's internet goes down mid-event, and being physically there to fix it
• - Valid driver's license and comfortable driving a truck/cargo van loaded with equipment if needed
• - AI-savvy - comfortable using tools like Claude, ChatGPT, or similar to build ops procedures, solve logistics problems, and work efficiently without hand-holding
• - Experience with inventory/asset tracking tools (we'll train on our specific systems)
• - Strong written and verbal communication - you'll represent SportsVisio to tournament operators and manage crew directly
• - Live event, sports, AV/broadcast, or field logistics background a plus

COMPENSATION & LOGISTICS

Pay: Competitive base, depending on experience, plus travel expenses covered

Experience: 2+ years in a comparable operations/coordination role

Location: New England home base

Travel: Most weekends during the season - staffing tournaments, training crew, and running setups in person
