GTM Engineer
RevBoss
RevBoss helps B2B companies grow an audience and start real conversations with their ideal customers. We manage targeted prospecting campaigns end-to-end — from identifying and sourcing the right people, to crafting authentic outreach in our client's voice, to nurturing new connections in a value-first way.
We're a small team that punches well above its weight and we're looking for a Go-to-Market Engineer to build and scale the systems that power our client campaigns.
Campaign Systems & Automation — You'll engineer the client-specific systems and workflows that make our campaigns run. Think of it this way: our platform team builds the infrastructure, and our Client Success Managers own the strategy — you're the person in between who builds the custom machines that connect one to the other. Every client's campaign needs its own configuration of audience targeting, content delivery, outreach sequencing, and reporting. You'll build the systems that make all of that hum.
AI Workflow Engineering — Our operations are powered by AI agents, integrations, and humans in the loop. You'll design, build, and optimize these workflows — not just use them. That means working with tools like Claude, building agentic pipelines, wiring up integrations between platforms, and constantly looking for ways to automate manual steps out of existence.
Execution at Scale — Our bottleneck isn't strategy. It's getting the work done at the volume and quality our clients need. You'll own the systems side of campaign execution — building repeatable, scalable processes for audience sourcing, content production, campaign setup, QA, and delivery across email, LinkedIn, and newsletters.
Client-Specific Customization — No two clients are identical. You'll build bespoke systems and configurations for individual client campaigns that plug into our core platform. You'll work closely with our platform engineer to ensure your client-level systems connect cleanly with the broader infrastructure.
Reporting & QA Automation — Build and maintain automated reporting, monitoring, and quality checks across campaigns. The goal is for our team to spend less time checking things and more time improving them.
This isn't a "build it and hand it off" engineering role. You'll see the direct impact of every system you build on real client outcomes. You're not writing code for code's sake — you're engineering the machines that grow our clients' businesses. And you'll be a central part of our strategy to scale RevBoss through systems, not headcount.
RevBoss has a long, successful track record in service-as-a-software for B2B. Our v1 was all about outbound email and it was a big success for nearly 10 years. We've since spun our email business into a separate entity and are all-in on RevBoss v2, which is all about GTM through trust and connection with a carefully cultivated audience. It's a fun time at RevBoss and a great opportunity to get on board as we work to scale our business.
- You need to be a GTM engineer. This isn't a software engineering role, but it is a technical one. You should be able to wire together APIs, build automations across platforms, and architect workflows that move data and trigger actions without a human in the middle. If you've never built a GTM machine that runs while you sleep, this probably isn't the right role.
- You need deep AI and automation fluency. Well beyond the chat window. We're talking agentic workflows, Claude Skills, multi-step pipelines, integrations that chain together LLMs with real tools and real data. If you've built systems where AI does actual work (not just answers questions), we want to talk to you.
- You need to be a systems thinker. Every client campaign is a system — audience in, conversations out, with a bunch of steps in between. You need to look at a manual process and see the automated version. You need to look at something that works for one client and see how to make it work for twenty.
- You need to be comfortable with ambiguity and speed. Our service and workflow have changed significantly in the past 90 days and will keep changing. You'll be building systems that need to work today and adapt tomorrow. Perfectionism will slow you down. Pragmatic iteration will serve you well.
- You need enough GTM context to build the right things. You don't need to be a marketer, but you need to understand what a prospecting campaign actually does, how content flows through channels, and why targeting matters. If you can't connect what you're building to the outcome it's supposed to produce, you'll build the wrong thing.
- You need to clearly understand the goal. Which is to say you need to have good taste. We're not operating in a clinical environment and we're not looking for someone to wire up an end-to-end slop delivery system. The automation and workflow we're building has real people and reputations attached to it and needs to deliver the outcomes our clients expect — which is an audience that trusts them and wants to engage with them.
