RevBoss Audience helps B2B companies grow an audience and start real conversations with their ideal customers. We manage targeted prospecting campaigns end-to-end — from identifying and sourcing the right people, to crafting authentic outreach in our client's voice, to nurturing new connections in a value-first way.

We're a small team that punches well above its weight and we're looking for a Client Success Manager to own client relationships and campaign strategy.

What You'll Do

Client Strategy & Communication — You'll be the primary point of contact for your clients — but this isn't an account management role where you're just relaying updates. You need to be a strategic thinking AND execution partner. That means deeply understanding each client's business, their voice, their offerings, and the pain points and needs of their ideal audience.

Content Coordination — You'll work closely with your clients and our content team to source the ingredients we'll use to create great content for LinkedIn, newsletters, and asset development. Your job will be to help frame content opportunities and lead thoughtful conversations that create the transcript inputs we'll feed into the RevBoss machine.

Campaign Development — You'll build and manage prospecting campaigns across the full lifecycle: audience selection, messaging coordination, approvals, launch, and ongoing optimization. You'll work within established systems and workflows, but you'll need to understand the "why" behind each step well enough to make good calls when things don't fit neatly into a template.

Reporting & QA — Monitor campaign performance, QA setups before launch, and keep records accurate across our systems. Track tasks, projects, and deliverables across all clients so nothing goes stale and you can speak to results with confidence on every call.

Experience & Qualifications
  • You need to be a relationship person. Not in the "manage expectations and send status updates" way. In the "I genuinely like understanding other people's businesses and figuring out how to help them win" way. You'll manage multiple clients simultaneously, and they should all feel like they're your only client.
  • You need to run a great call. Your primary client interface is a live conversation — not a deck, not an email thread. You need to be the kind of person who can lead a strategic discussion, pull good ideas out of a client, push back when something won't work, and leave people feeling energized and clear on next steps.
  • You need to be creative with a defined toolkit. We have a specific set of capabilities — content, LinkedIn, newsletter, outbound email, events. Your job isn't to invent new channels. It's to see creative combinations and angles within the ones we have that generate real outcomes for each client's specific situation.
  • You need to keep pace. Our process is tight, but the work comes fast and there's a lot of it. Multiple clients, multiple campaigns, multiple stages of development — all moving at the same time. If you're the kind of person who tracks everything and nothing falls through the cracks, you'll thrive here.
  • You need to understand B2B go-to-market. You don't need to be an expert in every channel, but you need to understand how content, prospecting, and audience-building connect to pipeline and revenue. If a client tells you about their business, you should be able to start seeing campaign opportunities pretty quickly.
  • You need AI fluency that goes well beyond the GPT-5 chat window. You need to be energized by a process powered by agents, integrations, Claude Skills, and humans in the loop. You'll be the primary face that our clients see, but you'll rely on our capable team of writers and researchers (both human and agentic!) to get the work done for our clients.
