We are searching for a candidate who can help us build and manage our family. You hold an importan role to ensure business and operation processes can run seamlessly and effectively.

Jobs Descriptions :

  • Help develop and implement programs that enable or encourage a happy working environment (e.g. team building events, internal workshop, etc)

    • \n

  • Participating in the resolution of workplace disputes, ensuring employee relationship is well-maintained.

    • \n

  • Support recruitment and payroll process when necessary

    • \n

  • Maintain and update HR-related documents

    • \n

  • Handle additional office procurements

    • \n

  • Assist to implement employee performance review process

    • \n

  • Other HR Operational tasks

    • \n

Requirements:

    \n

  • Expert in using Office and Google Drive

    • \n

  • Proactiveness is a MUST

    • \n

  • Organization and eagerness to learn is a plus

    • \n

  • High integrity, hardworking and willing to learn

    • \n

  • Able to work under pressure and tight guideline

    • \n

  • Good analytical thinking

    • \n

  • High attention to detail

    • \n

  • Strong team building skills

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

    • \n

  • Be compassionate and emotionally intelligent
