Jobs Descriptions :
Responsible for planning, setting up, and motivating the team in achieving high and quality work performance.
Able to provide project results with outstanding business value to the user.
Experienced in allocating resources and project priority management.
Facilitate discussions and consensus between teams and clients.
Manage and review programming team execution plans
Contribute to team building, coaching, counseling, review, and job assessment.
Build a project plan in detail and observe the progress of the project and manage changes that occur either the scale of the project, schedule, or cost.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year work experience in information technology project management.
Have good experience and understanding of website and programming applications on mobile.
Have good oral and writing skills.
Able to detect potentially pro-active issues and risks, and provide implementable solutions both directly/not to delay work timelines, budgets and business operations.
Knowing programming skills is a plus.
Being able to operate Project Management supporting applications such as Trello, Pivotal, and others is a plus.
Experience running SCRUM and Agile is a plus.
