Path Light Pro is seeking a dynamic and talented Full-Time Stormwater SWPPP Specialist to be a part of an ever growing and exiting work environment. All training for this position is conducted in house and no previous inspection experience is required.
- Conduct construction site evaluations to assess EPA Stormwater compliance, and verify that Best Management Practices (BMPs) and recordkeeping are in compliance with NPDES stormwater regulations.
- Complete all site evaluation documentation in electronic systems and onsite recordkeeping Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan.
- Consult with client’s onsite management to stay ahead of potential compliance issues
- Recommend solutions to clients to help efficiency and operations
- Perform revenue generating duties at least 25% of time (i.e. Consulting work, “other” environmental services, other services beyond site visits, quarterlies, etc.) and/or support efficiency/progress initiatives (i.e. route planning, bag assessment, subject matter expertise, etc.)
- Perform routine site audits to ensure work is consistent with client and EPA expectations
- Establish relationships and rapport within local regulatory agencies to facilitate a sophisticated understanding of the regulatory scheme and requirements

Requirements
- Previous experience and knowledge of SWPPP inspections
- Must be able to work outdoors in all types of weather
- Strong attention to detail
- Must be able to walk up and down inclines and on uneven land/ground
- Must have dependable transportation
- Hard working, and one with a "teachable" persona
- Positive team player
- Must be able to travel and work at remote sites
