About Passage Health

Passage Health is a fast-growing start-up, on a mission to improve the quality and accessibility of autism care through dynamic software solutions. The diagnosis rate for autism has skyrocketed in the last 10 years to 1 in 31 children. Those children will have to wait up to 1 year to receive therapy as service providers, hampered by antiquated technology, are struggling to meet surging demand. We are building a modern electronic medical record (EMR) that will revolutionize the $460B autism care market.

About the role

We’re hiring a Product Marketing Manager to own and continuously evolve how we articulate our value to the market as we scale and move up-market. This role is about sharpening our positioning, value propositions, and core messaging so our differentiation is clear, consistent, and credible in every sales and marketing interaction.

This role sits at the center of our go-to-market motion, working closely with sales, product, and marketing to turn customer insight, deal feedback, and competitive context into clear positioning and sales-ready materials. You’ll help ensure our messaging keeps pace with how buyers’ needs evolve and that our sales team is equipped to confidently explain why we win. Over time, you’ll also support major product launches and expansions, shaping how new capabilities are brought to market.

What you'll do

  • Own and evolve our positioning and messaging, ensuring our value is clear, differentiated, and resonates with the buyers we care about.

  • Turn messaging into sales-ready materials, including pitch decks, one-pagers, proof points, and enablement tools that help deals move faster.

  • Partner closely with sales and marketing to ensure our messaging shows up consistently across outbound, campaigns, website, and customer conversations.

  • Continuously refine our story based on feedback, using customer conversations, win/loss insights, and market signals to keep messaging current.

  • Frame our product clearly against alternatives, helping sales confidently explain when and why we’re the best choice.

  • Support product launches over time, ensuring new products or major capabilities are clearly positioned and easy for sales and customers to understand.

What you’ll bring

  • 5+ years of experience as a Product Marketing Manager, ideally at early-stage B2B SaaS companies where you had real ownership.
  • Experience crafting the messaging & value proposition of a complex technology product, and refining overtime.
  • A proven ability to work closely with sales, creating decks and materials that actually move the dial.
  • Experience supporting product launches or major product updates, with a focus on clarity and sales readiness.
  • Excellent communicator, comfort talking to customers and prospects, and using what you hear to sharpen messaging & positioning.
  • Strong judgement and collaboration skills, enabling you to influence cross-functional teams and deliver lasting results.
  • Bias toward action and ownership - able to drive your own work, make decisions, and execute with little direction.
  • Resilient and proactive, thriving on complex challenges in fast-paced, unstructured environments.
  • A personal connection to autism or autism care is a plus.

Why Passage Health

  • Make an impact on families and providers nationwide
  • Preference for working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment that offers new challenges and opportunities for growth
