We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Enablement Manager to join our team, with a focus on serving mortgage companies. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales within the fintech or SaaS industry, a deep understanding of financial services, and the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. As a Sales Enablement Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by acquiring new clients and expanding existing accounts within the mortgage sector.

WHAT YOU"LL BE DOING . . .

Team Leadership and Management:
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of SDRs to ensure they meet and exceed performance targets.
  • Conduct regular one-on-one meetings, performance reviews, and provide constructive feedback.
  • Develop and maintain a high-energy, positive team culture that fosters collaboration and continuous improvement.
Sales Enablement:
  • Design and implement comprehensive onboarding programs for new SDRs to ensure quick ramp-up times.
  • Develop and deliver ongoing training programs focusing on product knowledge, sales skills, industry trends, and best practices.
  • Equip SDRs with the necessary tools, resources, and knowledge to effectively prospect, qualify leads, and generate high-quality sales opportunities.

Strategy and Process Optimization:

  • Collaborate with sales leadership to develop and refine SDR processes and strategies.
  • Analyze and optimize the lead qualification process to maximize conversion rates.
  • Implement and manage CRM and sales engagement platforms to track SDR activities and performance metrics.

Market and Industry Knowledge:

  • Stay abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape within the mortgage sector.
  • Provide insights and feedback to marketing and product teams to refine messaging, positioning, and product offerings.

Performance Analysis and Reporting:

  • Monitor and analyze SDR performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.
  • Prepare and present regular performance reports to senior management, highlighting key insights and recommendations.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with marketing to ensure alignment on lead generation campaigns, messaging, and targeting.
  • Partner with sales teams to ensure seamless handoff of qualified leads and alignment on sales strategies.

IDEALLY YOU'LL HAVE . . .

  • Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in sales, with a focus on fintech, SaaS, or financial services, and specific experience working with mortgage companies is a plus.
  • Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets and closing high-value deals within the mortgage sector.
  • Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the fintech landscape, mortgage products, and industry regulations.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to a diverse audience.
  • Relationship Building: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with clients and stakeholders, particularly within the mortgage industry.
  • Technical Aptitude: Comfortable with technology and able to quickly learn and demonstrate the value of our SaaS solutions to mortgage companies.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.

The On-Target earnings for this role are estimated to be between $80-90K base plus additional bonus opportunity.
