We are seeking a skilled Heavy Equipment & Agricultural Safety AI Trainer to work as a project consultant in our AI Labor Marketplace. This is not a full-time employment position — you will be engaged as an expert project consultant on a contract basis.

Location: U.S.-based experts only

Engagement: Part-time, project-based expert evaluation work

Work Type: Remote

Project Summary: Support the development of AI safety systems by generating and evaluating realistic scenarios involving construction safety, heavy equipment operations, demolition engineering, agricultural safety, and chemical exposure.

This is a project-based consultant role. Consultants will be paid on a per-project basis; hourly rates are estimates based on anticipated completion time. Consultants control their own schedule, provide their own tools, and may simultaneously provide services to other vendors/employers (subject to those vendors’ allowances).

Responsibilities

  • Generate realistic industry-specific scenarios and examples
  • Evaluate AI-generated content and model outputs
  • Identify nuanced safety, risk, and policy edge cases
  • Apply project annotation guidelines and structured metadata
  • Document classification decisions and supporting rationale
  • Review work for quality, consistency, and realism
  • Contribute professional expertise to safety classifier development

Qualifications

  • 7-10+ years of experience in site safety, demolition engineering, heavy equipment operations, agricultural safety, or chemical safety
  • Representative titles: Site Safety Manager, Chemical Safety Specialist, Demolition Engineer, Heavy Equipment Safety Director, Agronomic Safety Lead
  • U.S.-based professional
