We are seeking a skilled Financial Advisor to work as a project consultant in our AI Labor Marketplace. This is not a full-time employment position — you will be engaged as an expert project consultant on a contract basis.

Project Summary:
CareerBench evaluates how effectively AI systems provide career guidance across professional occupations. We are seeking experienced Financial Advisors to evaluate AI-generated career guidance related to financial planning careers, wealth management, client acquisition, advisory practice development, licensing pathways, fiduciary responsibilities, and long-term advancement within the financial services industry. Contributors will help ensure AI-generated career recommendations accurately reflect industry requirements, regulatory considerations, and real-world professional development pathways.
This is a project-based consultant role. Consultants will be paid on a per-project basis; hourly rates are estimates based on anticipated completion time. Consultants control their own schedule, provide their own tools, and may simultaneously provide services to other vendors/employers (subject to those vendors’ allowances).
Responsibilities:
Contributors will:
- Create benchmark answers for financial advisor career-related questions
- Develop profession-specific scoring rubrics for evaluating AI-generated career guidance
- Assess recommendations related to financial planning, wealth management, and advisory career paths
- Review guidance involving CFP certification, FINRA licensing, and other professional credentialing requirements
- Evaluate recommendations concerning client acquisition, practice management, and business development
- Identify inaccurate, non-compliant, or unrealistic career guidance
- Provide written rationale supporting evaluation decisions and scoring outcomes
Expected Outcomes:
- Accurate benchmark responses aligned with current financial advisory practices
- Clear evaluation frameworks for financial services career guidance
- Consistent scoring of AI-generated responses across career scenarios
- Identification of regulatory, credentialing, and industry-specific inaccuracies
- Reliable expert feedback supporting high-quality AI evaluation
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience as a Financial Advisor, Wealth Advisor, Financial Planner, or similar role
- Active CFP, Series 7, Series 65, Series 66, or equivalent credentials strongly preferred
- Familiarity with advisory career progression, licensing, and compliance requirements
- Experience working directly with clients on financial planning or investment advisory matters
- Strong written communication and analytical skills
- Ability to evaluate professional guidance objectively and consistently
