We are currently seeking a Survey CAD Technician / Project Surveyor for our Duluth office.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Compiling information for plans, as-builts and final plats
• Checking worksheets and plats for number accuracy
• Revising plats according to red line comments by Supervisors
• Assisting Managers and Surveyors by whatever means necessary to complete projects
• Assisting in preparing preliminary information and specifications for plats
• Assisting in developing a variety of layouts, drawings
• Reproducing documents and plans
• Assisting with others in department as needed
• Completing basic surveys such as closings, foundations, and elevation certificates
• Develops self, seeks knowledge and develops technical knowledge of others
• Assisting Party Chief to get information read

REQUIREMENTS:

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• 1+ year of field and office surveying experience
• Minimum 1 year hands on experience with AutoCAD
• Developing AutoCAD & other surveying software skills

This is a full time, hourly position that includes bonus, PTO, 401K and benefits.
