Hydra Host is hiring a junior-level Marketing Specialist to support our growing global event and field marketing program. This role is focused on planning, coordinating, and executing marketing activity around conferences, private executive events, and partner engagements, with a strong connection to digital campaigns and content tied to each event.

You will work closely with the Senior Marketing Manager to execute a large conference calendar, support private executive dinners, and ensure each event is backed by clear messaging, timelines, and coordinated digital outreach. This is a hands-on role for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and excited to learn how modern B2B infrastructure marketing works in practice.

Key Responsibilities

Field and Event Marketing

Support planning and execution of 15–20 global conferences per year, including pre-event planning, on-site coordination, and post-event follow-up

Assist with planning and execution of 6–8 private executive dinners or invite-only events annually

Maintain event timelines, checklists, and calendars to keep deliverables on track

Coordinate logistics, vendor communication, and internal deadlines related to events

Digital and Content Coordination

Work with the Senior Marketing Manager to align event messaging with overall brand strategy

Coordinate with content and design teams to produce:

Event landing pages

Social media posts

Email campaigns

Event-specific graphics and collateral

Help build and maintain content calendars tied to conferences and field events

Support social media scheduling and digital promotion tied to event milestones

Partnership and Brand Support

Assist with partner-focused event marketing and co-branded initiatives

Ensure consistent branding and messaging across event materials

Support light reporting on event performance and engagement metrics

What We’re Looking For

1–3 years of experience in marketing, events, communications, or a related field

Strong organizational skills and comfort managing multiple timelines at once

Clear written communication and attention to detail

Comfort working cross-functionally with design, content, and sales teams

Interest in technology, infrastructure, or AI is a plus, but not required

Willingness to travel occasionally for conferences and events

This role is ideal for someone early in their marketing career who wants exposure to field marketing, digital campaigns, and high-level events.
