Hydra Host, a Founders Fund–backed NVIDIA cloud partner, is building the world's best GPU deployment and monetization platform. Hydra seeks an associate to help facilitate GPU financings and support the company’s growth into an institutional investment platform.

The associate will sit within Hydra Capital, an organization inside Hydra with a multi-hundred-million-dollar loan pipeline and a similarly substantial Q4 deployment schedule.

The ideal candidate brings 1+ years of experience, high agency, and comfort building an institutional-quality plane while flying it. Major bonus points for time spent working on significant GPU financings for firms like CoreWeave, Nebius, or Fluidstack.

This job description is purposefully broad. Beyond your responsibility to assist in cloud-related fundraises, financing partner relations, and special projects, you will be encouraged and expected to find and pursue new angles for corporate development.

What You Bring

  • 1+ years in capital markets, structured finance, investment banking, or similar (data center/GPU, energy, or other asset-heavy sectors preferred).
  • Deep financial-modeling fluency and the ability to simplify complexity for non-experts.
  • Experience with debt financing, fund operations, or investor relations; SPV/fund launch background is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s in Finance, Economics, Engineering, or related; MBA/MS welcomed (STEM profile valued).
  • Startup DNA—comfortable juggling multiple urgent workstreams.
  • Miami or NYC-based preferable

Why Hydra Host

  • Direct influence on the deployment of a proven asset class providing equity-like returns against assets offering superior depreciation tax benefits and relative value.
  • Competitive salary, equity, and opportunities for commission.
  • High-autonomy, early role with substantial near-term growth potential
