Get to Know the Role

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Team Lead to lead hiring delivery team in Vietnam. You will coach and enable a team of Talent Acquisition Business Partners, partner with business and People leaders, and drive a more strategic, data-informed, and efficient hiring approach. This role is suited for someone who can balance hands-on recruitment leadership with team management, stakeholder influence, and continuous improvement.

You will report to the Country Head of People Operations, Vietnam, based in Ho Chi Minh.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

• Lead and develop the Vietnam TA team, building capability, engagement, and performance across hiring delivery.
• Partner closely with business leaders to translate priorities into actionable hiring strategies, role prioritization, and workforce plans.
• Utilize market intelligence, hiring metrics, and candidate funnel insights to provide high-conviction talent advisory and inform equitable decisions.
• Drive strong hiring outcomes across speed, quality, candidate experience, and stakeholder experience.
• Coach team members to move beyond reactive hiring and build stronger proactive sourcing and pipeline strategies.
• Review team performance regularly, identify bottlenecks, and implement improvements to hiring workflows, stakeholder engagement, and operational discipline.
• Manage portfolio planning and resource allocation across the Vietnam team to ensure balanced workloads and support business priorities.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders including People Operations, Rewards, Employer Branding, Talent Sourcing, and hiring leaders to deliver a seamless hiring experience.
• Champion the use of tools, automation, and AI-enabled ways of working to reduce friction and improve recruiter productivity.
• Step into selected hands-on hiring situations when needed to unblock critical roles, coach the team, and stay close to market realities.

Qualifications

What Essential Skills You Will Need

• 10+ years of Talent Acquisition experience, with a proven track record of managing end-to-end recruitment strategies across diverse business functions.
• Experience leading and coach talent acquisition team
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to partner with and advise senior business leaders using data and market insights.
• Capability to partner with business leaders, evaluate talent needs, and turn strategic priorities into concrete hiring plans and recruitment actions.
• Demonstrated operational discipline in managing recruitment workflows, optimizing candidate funnel health, and using hiring metrics to drive predictable outcomes.
• Identify recruitment bottlenecks, remove process friction, and implement continuous improvements that enhance recruiter efficiency, candidate experience, and overall hiring velocity.
• Proficiency communicating in English and Vietnamese, with a ability to work across culturally diverse local and regional teams
• A collaborative, coaching-oriented leadership style with a focus on raising team capability and performance.
