Grab Identity is a growing team responsible for growing Identity solutions in the Grab ecosystem. Get to Know the Role

As the key person managing our Identity and eKYC process performance, you will ensure seamless operations while maintaining strict compliance with regulatory requirements. Working closely within the eKYC team and collaborating across various departments, you will play a pivotal role in elevating our eKYC experience to the next level. While we believe a successful candidate is detail-oriented, result-oriented, and possesses exceptional stakeholder management skills, we highly encourage you to apply if you feel you have what it takes to thrive in this role. This is an onsite role based in Jakarta. You will be reporting to the Head of Identity

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

• Oversee and drive projects to expand Identity solutions within Grab, from idea development to independent execution with stakeholder collaboration.
• Work with eKYC business owners, product teams, AML teams, and other stakeholders to define and implement controls and regulatory requirements.
• Identify and implement improvements to boost customer experience, support growth, and streamline operations.
• Use data to evaluate the effectiveness of controls and support ongoing process enhancements.
• Ensure controls remain compliant with regulations through periodic reviews and collaborate with FP&A to manage P&L tracking.

Qualifications

What Essential Skills You Will Need

• At least 4 years of experience in consulting, operations management, financial services, or the start-up/tech industry.
• Exhibited initiative by taking ownership of tasks and embracing diverse perspectives to thoughtfully improve existing processes.
• Demonstrated and a commitment to inclusive data analysis, enabling informed decision-making that considers diverse perspectives and needs.
• Proficiency in English, along with experience in fostering collaboration and understanding among diverse teams and stakeholders.
• In-depth understanding of process building
• Experience with SQL
