The Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) team safeguards our operations and strategic goals. As our second line of defense, we unite executive-level risk owners to identify risks enterprise-wide.

Get to Know the Role

You will help design and implement our enterprise-wide risk management framework. We will improve this framework by collaborating across departments to identify new risks, evaluate mitigation strategies, and monitor Key Risk Indicators (KRIs). Additionally, you will foster a proactive risk culture. Based onsite at the Jakarta office, you will report directly to the Manager.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

Risk Framework and Maintenance

  • Maintain ERM frameworks and policies aligned with ISO 31000 and COSO ERM standards.
  • Manage the corporate Risk Register to help departments (BUs) track operational and strategic risks.
  • Follow up with risk owners to ensure timely closure of mitigation action plans.

Risk Assessment and Data Analytics

  • Facilitate risk assessment workshops to evaluate risk likelihood, impact, and control effectiveness.
  • Monitor all risks, regulatory updates, and macroeconomic trends.
  • Build automated risk dashboards (Power BI, Tableau, Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets)) to deliver data-driven insights.

Report and Governance

  • Prepare risk materials and presentations for Senior Management, the Risk Committee, and the Board.
  • Support the Risk Committee by managing meetings, agendas, minutes, and action items.

Risk Culture and Training

  • Deliver ERM training programs to embed risk-informed decision-making across daily operations.
  • Create internal content and newsletters regarding risk best practices and compliance.

Resilience & Ad-hoc Support

  • Partner with the Business Continuity team to align ERM data with crisis planning and BIAs.
  • Help with corporate insurance renewals and claims processes.

Qualifications

What Essential Skills You Will Need

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Risk Management, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of professional experience in enterprise risk management, operational risk, internal audit, risk consulting, or business continuity management.
  • We prefer professional certification in risk management (e.g., CRM, FRM, or equivalent).
  • We prefer prior risk management experience in consulting or financial institutions.
  • Experience with risk management principles, internal controls, business continuity, and governance frameworks.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Microsoft).
