Get to Know the Team

We're looking for a dynamic Team Lead, Partner Trust to join our organization in Singapore.

Get to Know the Role

You will lead a dedicated team responsible for building and maintaining trust with our partner ecosystem. You will drive strategic initiatives that strengthen partner relationships, enhance satisfaction, and ensure long-term collaboration success.

This is a one year contract role, reporting to the Manager, Partner Trust at our Grab One North Office.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team focused on partner trust initiatives and relationship management
• Develop and execute comprehensive partner trust strategies aligned with organizational objectives
• Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with key partners and stakeholders
• Monitor and analyze partner satisfaction metrics, trust indicators, and engagement levels to identify improvement opportunities
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members
• Collaborate with cross-functional departments including operations, compliance, and business development to ensure seamless partner experiences
• Identify, assess, and mitigate partner-related risks and concerns proactively
• Prepare and present regular reports on partner trust KPIs, initiatives, and outcomes to senior leadership
• Implement best practices and process improvements to enhance partner trust and operational efficiency
• Support partner onboarding and training programs to ensure successful engagement

Qualifications

What Essential Skills You Will Need

• Proven experience leading and managing teams in a corporate environment
• Demonstrated expertise in partner relationship management and stakeholder engagement
• Strong understanding of trust-building principles and relationship development strategies
• Experience analyzing and improving partner satisfaction and trust metrics
• Proficiency in identifying and mitigating relationship risks
• Experience in partner operations, business development, or similar relationship-focused roles
