Grab For Business is the B2B SaaS product line within Grab that helps to simplify business transportation, corporate food and package deliveries for thousands of businesses, from large enterprises to SMBs, across Southeast Asia. Our team works with other teams to ensure maximum impact for our businesses.

Get to Know the Role

We are looking for an Assistant Manager to join our Regional PMO team. You will sit at the intersection of strategy and execution—shaping how we partner with cross-functional stakeholders, designing end-to-end process flows, and safeguarding our operational excellence.

You will be working onsite at Mapletree Business Centre, HCMC office and reporting to the Manager, GFB PMO & Projects based in Singapore

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

1. Governance & Operational Excellence

  • Performance Orchestration: Own end-to-end coordination of business reviews and performance cadences.
  • Risk & Compliance Management: Coordinate regional audits to maintain enterprise-grade partnership standards.
  • Process Optimization: Identify bottlenecks and co-create efficiency frameworks with Finance, Operations, and stakeholders.

2. Strategic Project Execution

  • Build-to-Scale: Support "blank slate" initiatives by structuring ambiguous problems into actionable workstreams.
  • Commercial Insights: Analyze market trends to identify growth opportunities and support pilot-to-market strategies.
  • Stakeholder Management: Connect regional strategy with local execution to ensure cross-functional alignment.

Qualifications

What Essential Skills You Will Need

  • At least 3 or more years of experience in Management Consulting, Business Operations, or a Regional PMO role
  • Proficiency in Excel and data visualization. You should be comfortable synthesizing complex data sets into actionable business insights.
  • Proven track record of managing cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders at various levels of seniority.
  • A self-starter with a "zero-to-one" mentality and eager to build new processes from scratch.Preferred Skills:
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies
