Get to Know the Team
The Regional Product Marketing (PMM) team's purpose is to deliver tangible value to our customers through well-designed, discoverable products that solve pain points and smoothen friction in their daily experiences. We do this by having an understanding of our customer and their needs, by defining meaningful and unique value propositions that can be brought to life through product and communication.
Get to Know the Role
You will lead the product marketing strategy for Grab's upper-funnel food journeys. You are the strategic architect responsible for how users discover, evaluate, and decide on their next meal—whether through GrabFood delivery, Dine-out, or curated Food Guides.
You will also manage the use of products that serve as the "inspirational heartbeat" of the Grab ecosystem. These products bridge the gap between idle browsing and high-intent purchasing.
The Critical Tasks You Will Perform
- Go-to-Market (GTM) and Content Strategy: Develop comprehensive positioning and launch plans for discovery-led features (e.g., Reviews, Food Guides, and Search enhancements). You will ensure our "Discovery" narrative resonates across diverse SEA markets, making Grab the go-to destination for food inspiration.
- Ecosystem Growth Insights: Analyze complex user behavior data to identify how discovery touchpoints (like reading a review or browsing a guide) impact long-term retention and cross-service usage. You will serve as the bridge between user intent and the product roadmap.
- Community and Content Scaling: Implement strategies to growuser-generated content (UGC) and professional food content. Your goal is to build a self-sustaining "content engine" that brings organic traffic and increases the frequency of "unplanned" food orders or visits.
- Strategic Positioning involves defining the value proposition of Discovery & Content (Engagement). This value proposition is about the broader Transaction Marketplace (GMV). The goal is to ensure partners understand the "top-of-funnel multiplier" that affects ecosystem health.
Qualifications
What Essential Skills You Will Need
- Bachelor's degree from a university
- Experience increasing consumer growth and engagement in large consumer internet companies in a product or marketing function.
- Has a strong x-functional leadership track record
- Technical skills in Product Marketing, Marketing strategy, Product strategy, Customer Lifecycle marketing, Research, Customer Insights, Analytics
- 5 or more years of experience in marketing using broad marketing mix, or 5+ years years management consulting experience
