Get to Know the Team

We are looking for an Associate to join the Commercial Strategy & Special Projects team within Grab Singapore's Deliveries business.

This team sits at the intersection of strategy and execution — shaping how we partner with merchants, designing commercial frameworks, and driving key growth initiatives across the business.

You will work closely with commercial leaders, account managers, and P&L owners to translate business priorities into actionable strategies and partnerships.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives across multiple domains, and has the ownership and hunger to run projects end-to-end.

Get to Know the Role

Your day-to-day will blend analytics, strategy, and stakeholder management:

  • Shape commercial strategy
    • Work closely with commercial and business teams to develop guidelines, frameworks, and plans that drive key business priorities
    • Translate high-level goals into structured, actionable commercial approaches with measurable impact
    • Synthesise complex analyses into clear, compelling narratives
  • Design merchant commercial deals
    • Deep dive into merchant performance and economics to identify growth opportunities to design win-win commercial structures with key accounts
    • Balance Grab's business goals with merchant partner priorities
  • Drive strategic projects
    • Support and, where appropriate, lead high-impact strategy projects for the Deliveries business
    • Structure ambiguous problems into clear frameworks and actionable workstreams
    • Work across functions to move initiatives from concept to execution

You will report to the Manager, Commercial Strategy & Special Projects at our Grab One North Office.

Qualifications

What Essential Skills You Will Need

  • You have 1–2 years of experience
  • Bachelor degree from a reputable university, in Business, Finance, Economics, Strategy, Analytics or similar
  • Strong Excel and data analysis capabilities
  • Solid grasp of financial modelling and commercial evaluation
