Get to Know the Role

As a TABP, you will be a Strategic Talent Advisor to our Tech and Business leaders. You will identify talents with a "Builder DNA", those who thrive in 0-to-1 environments and deliver outsized impact. Your success defines the long-term performance and quality of the talent you bring into the ecosystem. As an individual contributor, you will report into the Head of People Operations in Vietnam and you will be onsite at Grab office, Mapletree Business Centre, HCMC.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

You will:

  • Manage beyond the end-to-end candidate lifecycle to map the market intelligence of the external talent landscape.
  • Apply strategic talent identification framework to distinguish talent profiles
  • Use advanced sourcing methodology to 'hunt' for specialised roles and manage sustainable talent pipelines
  • Lead regular, data led insights with hiring managers to calibrate talent, pivot search strategies using market density data.
  • Uphold high hiring discipline through feedback loops and rigorous interview standards
  • Help plan and implement campus hiring and engagement, employer branding and recruitment marketing programmes.
  • Leverage Generative AI for research, ideation and data analysis to enhance candidate ranking and streamline scheduling

Qualifications

What Essential Skills You Will Need

  • Professional Recruiting Experience: You have 7+ years of in-house recruiting experience for Technology or Corporate functions, with a track record in full-cycle recruiting from sourcing to complex offer closures.
  • Talent Mapping: Expertise in structural mapping and identifying high-potential talent within complex global markets.
  • Advisory & Influence: Ability to move from transactional delivery to a consultative partner who can challenge hiring requirements based on market reality.
  • Pipeline Stewardship: Experience maintaining talent databases with precise taxonomy and skill-based tagging.
  • Digital Fluency & AI: Experience engaging with AI tools and emerging technologies to enhance productivity, improve workflows, and contribute new ideas.
  • Data Literacy: A proven track record of using data to design targeted recruitment strategies and solve complex hiring challenges.
