Get to Know the Team

The Singapore Operations team drives and grows Grab's business in Singapore, developing strategies and capabilities that create value for our community.

Within this team, the Merchant Operations team represents the voice of our merchant-partners, focusing on improving their experience and success while delivering a seamless journey for both merchants and consumers.

We work closely with teams across Deliveries, GrabFin, OmniCommerce, as well as Product, Finance, and Legal, to operationalise key initiatives, embed local insights, and optimise platform experiences while supporting business growth.

Get to Know the Role

The Merchant Enablement Associate focuses on supporting merchants after their launch on Grab, helping them deepen platform adoption, optimise operations, and unlock sustained growth opportunities.

You will work with merchants and other teams to ensure merchant needs are addressed and that merchants can utilise Grab's platform features and operational tools. You will also identify merchant pain points, improve enablement resources, and contribute to plans that enhance merchant experience and platform performance.

By strengthening post-onboarding support, you will help improve merchant engagement, operational performance, and the platform experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead local execution of product launches, experiments, and initiatives, ensuring you operationally ready merchants and meet adoption targets.
  • Shape platform improvements by providing merchant insights on features such as AI Chatbot, Help Centre, self-serve marketing, and performance insights tools.
  • Drive post-onboarding merchant enablement programmes that increase adoption of Grab's platform tools and capabilities.
  • Develop programmes and guidance to help merchants adopt best practices, improve operations, and unlock growth opportunities on Grab.
  • Monitor merchant performance and operational signals to identify growth opportunities and areas for operational improvement.
  • Surface merchant insights and systemic pain points, partnering with other teams to improve platform capabilities and merchant experience.

Qualifications

What Essential Skills You Will Need

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in operations, analytics, or project/program management
  • Ability to evaluate complex situations and develop practical solutions.
  • Experience managing projects through structured planning followed by execution.
  • Comfortable operating in environments with evolving priorities.
  • Passionate about continuous improvement.
  • Collaborative mindset and communication to work with different teams.
