Get to Know the Team

Join the ID rental fleet team! In the fleet team we identify opportunities, fleet supply, maintenance strategies, and secure asset deals with both internal and external partners. As a Fleet team, we manage : all asset vehicles spread into different locations (internal pool, vendor workshop, on the road, etc).

Get to Know the Role

This role will lead end-to-end vehicle pool and service center operations to ensure seamless vehicle readiness and customer handover. Oversee production capacity, capability, and output targets while driving operational efficiency and leading a high-performing team. Safeguard company assets by maintaining rigorous daily monitoring, control, and security protocols for all vehicles.

You will report to the Fleet management lead and be based in our BSD Pool.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

• Manage and lead fleet operations, specifically in pool and vehicle management, ensuring efficiency and readiness.
• Ensure vehicles are prepared on time for customer handover and monitor production capacity and output.
• Oversee vehicle safety and security through daily monitoring and control.
• Lead initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and standardize procedures, including resource management and KPI development.
• Produce accurate technical data and analysis, and generate weekly activity reports.
• Foster relationships with stakeholders like vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to align operations with business goals.
• Coordinate with the sales team to meet vehicle supply targets and manage unit availability and SLA compliance.
• Handle administrative processes for vehicle status updates, ensuring accurate documentation for asset safety.

Qualifications

What Essential Skills You Will Need

• Bachelor's degree required
• 2–3 years of automotive maintenance or service experience
• Experience in team leading in a technical setting
• English proficiency in written and spoken
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google productivity tools
