We are Grab Rentals ID. We provide fleet supply to Grab, serving the non bank-able partner to work as Grab's driver-partner. In the Fleet team, we identify opportunities to maintain the competitive cost to serve through maintenance strategy, strategic partnership and excellence process in vehicle operating process. We are serving 11 cities and in Jabodetabek we have 5 different pool locations.

Job Description

Get to Know the Role

As our Quality Operation & Analytics Associate, you will be the bridge between our nationwide pools and our strategic goals. Your mission is to transform the raw inspection data into our tactical plan to make our vehicle "street ready". You will oversee the integrity of our quality inspection, ensuring no fraud occurs and that our product tiers always meet their respective standards.

You will report to Fleet Quality Assistant Manager for quality inspection integrity, gap analysis between broken unit and repair result, and also progress of any projects related quality programs.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

• Frequent fraud and integrity audit to flag discrepancies / suspicious inspection result from Check Points activities.
• Periodic analysis for discrepancies between Not Good result of Check Points activities vs. Direct Repair entry and propose necessary activity to improve the situation.
• Conduct Gap analysis : analyze Quality In (broken units) vs. Final QC (after repair units), identify what cars get stuck in the repair pipeline.
• Regional sync with Pool Lead in our 12 branches, to review periodic Check Points inspection result, branch's fleet quality condition and necessary support needed.
• Support project roll out, coordinating with internal and external team members to manage projects run inline with timeline.
• Manage QMS for Fleet Operation, collaborate with Internal Auditor & Business Compliance to ensure our policy & standard are still relevant.
• Evaluate new product / model vehicle both 4W & 2W which potentially used for ride hailing services.

Qualifications

What Essential Skills You Will Need

• Minimum experience working in the automotive industry i.e Fleet Management / Car Rental / taxi pool / automotive manufacturing as Operations, Quality Control / Assurance for 1 ~ 3 years. Experience in ride-hailing or automotive fleet management is strong point.
• Minimum bachelor's degree in any major.
• Good in Bahasa and English (verbal and written).
• Familiar with Quality Management practice, QMS and implementation.
• Strong technical skills, familiar to explain complex problem with simple and structured way.
• Familiar with data analysis and large set data control and monitoring.
• Microsoft Excel or Google Sheet proficiency (can perform complex function) is a must. Familiarity with Google Studio or Power BI is a strong point.
• Have problems solving mindset through data and also good structural thinking.
• Familiar and good knowledge with workshop (body repair, general repair), standard quality of vehicle & Fleet operations.
• Familiar with any project management methodology.
