Job Description

Get to know the role:

• Oversee the entire merchant acquisition and onboarding process for GrabFood and GrabMart.

This role will report to the Manager of ACE Sales, and it will be fully onsite in Grab Singapore office.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

• You will prospect, pitch, and acquire merchants onto GrabFood and GrabMart.
• You will build partnerships with merchants, managing their performance and contribution to the Grab merchant network.
• You will be accountable for merchant activity and engagement throughout their onboarding journey.
• You will stay informed about market knowledge, and competitor activity, to contribute to strategies that meet market changes and merchants' requirements.
• You will develop an understanding of all products and services that Grab offers.
• You will handle daily merchant queries (commercial and operational) and ensure a smooth onboarding and post-onboarding process.

Qualifications

What Essential Skills You Will Need

• At least 3 years of past sales experience in a B2B environment
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken)

Desirable Qualifications:

• Experience in F&B industry and/or proficiency in Mandarin is a plus
