Get to Know the Team

The Vietnam Operations team oversees, shapes and grows the business in Grab Vietnam. We develop business strategies to achieve our vision in providing everyday services that matter most to consumers in Vietnam. GrabMart is a fast-growing vertical within Grab. GrabMart focused on delivering everyday essentials to our customers by our app. As part of the Commercial team

Get to Know the Role

You will be reporting to the Head, GrabMart & Omnicommerce help shape the strategy, building partnerships, and driving execution to grow Grab's presence and influence across Southeast Asia.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

• Partner with Sales to acquire and onboard potential local retailers, building a diverse merchant selection from the ground up.
• Be the main contact for merchants, building relationships and driving their success through strategic account management.
• Analyze merchant performance data to create growth plans, including promotions and operational improvements.
• Gather and report on-the-ground market intelligence regarding local trends, competitors, and consumer needs to inform central strategy.
• Collaborate with other teams (Marketing, Operations) to ensure smooth campaign execution and merchant support.

Qualifications

What Essential Skills You Will Need

• Understanding of FMCG retail landscape
• At least 3 years of sales experience with experience working directly with local retailers, especially General Trade shops
• You have a winning spirit and a hands-on approach to lead initiatives from planning through to successful execution.
• Logical thinking and comfort with using data to identify problems and create growth solutions.
• Ability to effectively manage time and work independently
