We make Grab one of the biggest online transportation in Southeast Asia and succeeding in cooperating with several big companies. Get to Know the Role

We are seeking a and experienced City Associate for Outer Bali and Labuan Bajo to join our organization in Kecamatan Denpasar Utara, Indonesia. You will manage and optimize our operations in these important tourist destinations.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

• Manage all aspects of daily operations in Outer Bali and Labuan Bajo, ensuring service delivery excellence and customer satisfaction.
• Establish and cultivate strategic relationships with local partners, vendors, and partners to support organizational goals.
• Implement, monitor, and enforce rigorous service quality standards across all customer touchpoints to maintain exceptional service integrity.
• Conduct comprehensive analyses of local market trends and competitor activities to identify and use growth opportunities.
• Manage and resolve customer inquiries and complaints.
• Facilitate seamless coordination with teams to enhance service offerings and maximize operational efficiency.
• Compile and submit detailed reports on main performance metrics, operational challenges, and strategic opportunities within the assigned territories.
• Ensure strict compliance with local regulations and company policies across all operational activities.

Qualifications

What Essential Skills You Will Need

• A minimum of Bachelor's degree in any field
• 1+year of experience managing local operations and increasing customer satisfaction
• In-depth knowledge of Bali and Labuan Bajo's tourism industry, including local culture and business practices
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; knowledge of other local languages is advantage
