Get to Know the Team

At Grab, we're not building a super app - we're driving Southeast Asia forward by creating economic empowerment for millions of drivers, merchants and communities. Our team in Grab Thailand are at the heart of this mission, working collaboratively to solve complex challenges and deliver seamless experiences to our users.

Our 2-month Summer Internship Program embeds you directly into live projects from day one. You'll work 5 days a week onsite at our Bangkok office, where you'll collaborate face-to-face with experienced mentors and cross-functional teams. You'll work with experienced colleagues, learning by doing rather than watching from the sidelines. We value curiosity and collaboration, and at Grab, the impact is immediate and tangible: whether optimizing driver earnings or streamlining customer experiences, you'll see your work make a difference in real time.

Get to Know the Role

The internship program provides immersive exposure to Grab Thailand's primary business operations. You will support live projects through data analysis, market research, operational support and cross-functional project coordination. You will contribute directly to your team's goal by assisting in the execution of projects and participating in solution-building sessions that address real-time challenges.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

• You will support projects: support research, data analysis, and execution of main projects to achieve business growth and operational efficiency
• You will collaborate cross-functionally: work with team members across different departments to create integrated solutions
• You will support Campaign and Operations Management: support the planning, execution and monitoring of marketing campaign
• You will participate in Brainstorming sessions: contribute fresh ideas and creative solutions during team meetings and new ideas workshops
• You get to quickly grasp new concepts, tools, and methodologies while applying academic knowledge to real-world challenges

• You have the ability to articulate ideas, both verbally and written
• You have analytical and critical thinking: a curious mindset with the ability to break down complex problems, interpret data and find relevant insights
• You are adaptable and resilience: comfort with ambiguity and the ability to excel in fast-paced, dynamic environment
• You have proactive learning attitude: self motivation to ask questions, seek feedback and improve throughout the internship journey
• You have passion for Tech & Innovation: Genuine interest in the digital economy, on-demand services and Southeast Asia's evolving business landscape.
