Sales Enablement (SE) team empowers Grabbers by offering tools and resources to build the fundamentals that help them successfully navigate their ever-evolving OneGrab Journey. SE team has footprints regionally; Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, Philippines, Indonesia, and emerging markets in Asia.
SE team has developed and launched multiple initiatives over the last three years that supported a number of teams and departments within Grab. With "Driving Sales Excellence" as the Sales Enablement team's vision, it translates into the following:

The Role
The Market Sales Enablement Leader is the go-to person for all non-regional, and bespoke to market, Sales Enablement initiatives in Thailand, covering all sellers across Ads, Commercial & GFB sales teams
- You will ensure the Grab sales teams across Ads, Commercial & GFB are equipped with the right tools, training, and content at every stage of the customer lifecycle, and you will lead rapid, data-backed iteration to raise sales performance in your market. This includes guiding others and sharing learnings to lift overall capability at the market level.
- You will partner directly with in-market leadership across multiple verticals to align regional Sales Enablement goals with market realities and needs — and you will shape, broker, and deliver clearly defined market outcomes end-to-end.
Outcome & Impact
You will define and own market-level business outcomes, working across teams to secure alignment and ensure delivery:
- Shape and own clearly defined enablement outcomes (e.g., improved seller productivity, reduced ramp time, content/tool adoption, and higher win rates), proactively negotiating trade-offs and adjusting plans to consistently deliver the committed results.
- Lead rapid testing of bold ideas using MVP-style experiments to accelerate learning and decision-making; scale what works across teams and verticals in your market.
- Generate and apply user insights backed by data and direct observation (e.g., shadowing meetings, call listening, merchant visits) to influence enablement content, tooling, and training decisions.
- Implement meaningful improvements that solve overlooked friction points for commercial teams; rally others — even beyond direct scope — to co-own solutions and sustain change.
Accelerate growth by actively acquiring new domain and enablement knowledge and sharing key learnings and playbooks to elevate team performance and capabilities in-market.
Core Responsibilities will cover the following areas
Training & Content Development
- Scope and and/or develop and build educational programs around sales/account management, and product knowledge, ensuring commercial teams are well equipped with the training & knowledge needed to drive business growth
- Partner with internal teams such as Strategy, Merchant, Marketing, and Product to build and deliver content, collateral, workshops & trainings; localize where needed and ensure alignment with the latest knowledge and industry requirements.
- Deliver this content & training in local language (where needed), creating a two way feedback loop between local field teams and regional business & product teams
- Pilot and iterate trainings, measure impact, and scale effective programs across all teams and segments in your market.
SE project management
- Lead all in-market Sales Enablement initiatives, translate regional priorities into market-specific plans with clear, outcome-based KPIs and milestones; track, report, and course-correct to deliver results.
- Voice local needs in weekly team meetings with the Regional Sales Enablement Team and work through a prioritization matrix to meet local and regional enablement goals; broker decisions and remove blockers to land commitments and execution in-market.
- Drive local teams' adoption & execution on Grab's Sales Enablement platform - Sales Hub, ; ensuring content findability, freshness, and usage quality; define and own adoption and outcome measures tied to business impact.
- Lead creation and improvement in the utilization of tools to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of the sales teams interacting with merchants, advertisers, and clients — including, but not limited to, the use of Generative AI tools, Salesforce, and related systems.
- Use data & local insights to develop a detailed analysis of the areas of improvement of the current enablement infrastructure and make suggestions to build improvement and implementation plans.
Local Leadership & Team Engagement
- Be the subject matter expert in understanding Grab Sales skills and competencies and help co-develop short and long-term best-in-class plans to support market-specific skills and competencies to improve the market's talent skill map and support career development.
- Have close day-to-day interactions with the leadership in your Market to align on enablement needs and ensure alignment with Grab's regional goals; proactively shape and own outcome definitions and trade-offs.
- Create a 2 way feedback loop with local leadership and report on impact & results driven through sales enablement initiatives including impact on the team's KPI's and key projects.

- Comfort leading rapid experiments and using data and user insights to influence enablement decisions and scale what works.
- Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management across all levels; can influence without authority and rally others to co-own solutions beyond direct scope.
- Habit of active learning and sharing — you acquire new knowledge quickly and turn it into practical playbooks that elevate team performance; you coach others consistently to improve quality and impact.
