Get to Know the Team
Established in 2018, GrabAds offers an integrated advertising solutions platform that enables advertisers to engage audiences and trigger actions through multiple channels including in-app advertising, branding, and product sampling within the Grab ecosystem. Our goal is to help people discover, engage, and connect with Southeast Asia's best businesses.
Get to Know the Role
As part of the Regional GrabAds leadership team, you will lead and partner with a portfolio of large, enterprise advertisers and media agencies to drive commercial growth for GrabAds. You will manage a team and maintain a quarterly sales and performance target. You'll also play the leading role in shaping the future of our Agencies business and report directly to the Regional Head of Enterprise Sales.
This role will be based in Singapore and on-site at the Grab OneNorth office.
The Critical Tasks You Will Perform
- Lead, manage and grow a portfolio of key Agency Partnerships across the region
- Secure short term strategic campaigns, negotiate long term joint business plans with both advertisers and agencies
- Run effective training, content and learning program for media agencies
- Lead quarterly business reviews, account development plans for key advertisers and agencies
- Be the key point of contact to build and strengthen high level relationships with agencies
- Lead and mentor a team of high performing, experienced Agency Partners
- Hit and exceed quarterly sales and business performance targets
Qualifications
What Essential Skills You Will Need
- 10+ years of demonstrated agency experience at a media publisher, advertiser or agency
- 3 to 5 years of team management and people development experience
- Demonstrated ability to work cross functionally to drive joint business plans with key partners
- In-depth knowledge and network with decision makers at large advertisers and agencies in Southeast Asia
- Understanding of large advertiser behaviors and opportunities across FMCGs, Retail, Tech or QSRs preferred
- Experience delivering consistently against sales performance targets
- Excellent interpersonal, mentorship and senior stakeholder management skills with a data-driven approach
- A strong entrepreneurial, self-starter mentality with a can-do attitude
- Understanding of programmatic
Leadership traits we are looking for :
- Leverage upon executive relationships and executive sponsors to deepen GrabAds's relationships with clients
- Provide high, executive level of communication / updates / briefs for GrabAds internal leadership
- Represent GrabAds in the advertising community by participating in industry events
- Be the voice and executive sponsors of advertisers and agencies, lobby for their needs within Grab
