Get to Know the Team
The Business Operations & Partnerships team oversees and grows the Singapore Mobility business. The team takes on a strong customer-centric lens (for both passengers and drivers), utilizing analytical and problem-solving skills to weigh policy and product trade-offs between the two key stakeholders to create a safe, pleasant and efficient ride experience. There is also an added focus on the Premium (GrabCar Premium, GrabExec) and Specialty (GrabFamily, GrabPet, GrabAssist) services, for which there are multiple service-specific policies.
Additionally, we also look to create win-win partnerships with strategic partners which involves identifying synergies and solving our partners' mobility related issues, all of which to achieve meaningful growth in the business.
Get to Know the Role
- Use a blend of data and ground truths to support decision-making that optimises for business goals (e.g. passenger / driver-partner satisfaction, revenue, service health, growth)
- Provide project management support for operational plans, involving skills such as project planning and coordination, communication and stakeholder management
- Manage and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Solve challenging scenarios which requires recognising and prioritising tradeoffs
- Support the launch and optimisation of new product features within the Mobility business
- Work with teams including Product, Partner Operations, Marketing / PR, Strategic Partnerships
This role will report to the Manager of Business Operations & Partnerships, Transport and will report onsite at Grab One North office.
The Critical Tasks You Will Perform
- Have a deep understanding of both the driver and passenger landscape to address pain points and fulfil market needs so as to grow the business
- Implement and analyse performance of a variety of projects across multiple topics (e.g. fulfilment, growth, experience)
- Understand and interpret growth and service metrics to identify issues / opportunities for improvement
- Understand problems and needs of external stakeholders and solve them
Qualifications
What Essential Skills You Will Need
- A bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field
- At least 1 year of relevant experience, for example, business development, consulting, strategy, and project management
- Willingness to pick up SQL
- Balance between projects and concurrent timelines
