Get to Know the Team

The GrabMart team focuses on providing a seamless grocery shopping experience through our platform. We ensure that users can easily access many products, from fresh produce to household essentials, all delivered right to their doorstep. We with local merchants to provide a diverse selection of products.

Get to Know the Role

  • Ensure the seamless, efficient, and scalable operation of mass retailers
  • Project management with all partners to smoothly run project/campaign and meet our goals
  • Grow Grab Marketing Solutions among those retailers
  • You will report to GrabMart Commercial Manager and work onsite at HCMC.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

1- Project management

  • Help plan and implement main growth activities to lead finding merchants including referral programs, product development projects…
  • Collaborate with partners to define project timelines, milestones, and critical dependencies.
  • Track performance data and provide relevant insights to improve growth levers.
  • Promote change management and training to ensure adoption of new services and processes across organization
  • Monitor indicators; track issues and ensure resolution.
  • Hands-on Field Trade activities around HCM

2- Longtail Mex management

  • Monitor daily operational indicators for the Longtail merchant (e.g., assortment listing, opening hours, active rate, order fulfillment rate) and identify causes for underperformance.
  • Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for main operational workflows, ensuring compliance and consistency across the longtail base.
  • Develop and deliver Grab Marketing Solution packages to meet the characteristics and needs of mass retailers.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for new business and revenue growth.

Qualifications

What Essential Skills You Will Need

  • Experience: At least 2 years in business roles, with experience in retail landscape sides being advantageous. Understand about FMCG brand
  • Experience working with 'Longtail' business models or a large base of small-to-medium enterprise (SME) partners.
  • Data analyst: Experience writing complex macros for Excel
  • Experience creating detailed demos that are tailored to customers' pain points and comfortable with operational tasks.
  • Experience communicating product benefits appropriate for each prospect: Experience establishing communication and engagement with prospects in both Vietnamese and English, to work with diverse clients and partners.
  • Willingness to be hands-on and take ownership of multiple tasks or experiments.
