The Acquisition Strategy & Enablement team ensures we have a strong, reliable, and sustainable mobility supply across all cities. We work closely with regional, marketplace, operations, government relations, and fleet partners to support business growth. The team focuses on supply planning, onboarding, process improvement, and cross-functional coordination to drive long-term success.

The Acquisition Strategy & Enablement team ensures we have a strong, reliable, and sustainable mobility supply across all cities. We work closely with regional, marketplace, operations, government relations, and fleet partners to support business growth. The team focuses on supply planning, onboarding, process improvement, and cross-functional coordination to drive long-term success.
The Critical Tasks You Will Perform
- Develop and execute acquisition plans that support supply needs across cities.
- Lead onboarding and demand-generation activities to maintain supply levels.
- Review performance metrics to identify trends and improve outcomes.
- Support regulatory engagement by coordinating with government agencies.
- Work with internal teams to align policies and resolve supply-related issues.
- Lead projects to improve processes and enhance onboarding experience.
- Use data insights to guide planning and future acquisition strategies.
Qualifications
What Essential Skills You Will Need
You will:
- Experience in acquisition, operations, fleet management, or a related field.
- Ability to interpret data and translate insights into actions.
- Comfortable working with internal teams and external partners.
- Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Clear and effective communication skills.
- Familiarity with mobility, logistics, or automotive supply is useful.
You have:
- 5+ years of relevant experience.
- Aanalytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Experience managing stakeholders across cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Experience in running programs or campaigns with measurable outcomes.
- Knowledge of mobility supply dynamics, fleet utilization, and the driver lifecycle.
- Experience working with regulatory authorities on compliance matters.
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, or a related field.
