Job Description

We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Software Engineer, Fullstack to join our dynamic team in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. As a key member of our engineering department, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining full-stack applications that drive our company's success.

• Architect and implement scalable, efficient, and maintainable full-stack solutions using modern technologies and best practices
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and deliver high-quality software products
• Develop and optimize both frontend and backend components of our application.
• Design and implement D365 CE/Dataverse solutions, including C# plugins, custom workflow activities, custom APIs, and PCF controls.
• Build integrations using Dataverse Web API/OData, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, and RESTful services.
• Automate business processes with Power Automate and apply secure patterns for app-to-app and delegated access.
• Implement RESTful APIs and integrate them with frontend applications
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues across the stack
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our development processes and methodologies
• Mentor junior developers and share knowledge within the team
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends, recommending innovative solutions to enhance our tech stack
• Ensure application performance, security, and scalability through proper design and implementation practices

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in full-stack software development
• Strong foundation in computer science concepts, including data structures, algorithms, multi-threading, and distributed systems
• Proficiency in backend languages such as C#, Go, Python, or Java, with a focus on C#
• Experience with modern frontend frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, or Vue.js) and server-side rendering concepts
• 2+ years delivering solutions in Dynamics 365 CE/Dataverse and Power Platform.
• Solid understanding of RESTful API design and implementation.
• Expertise in working with both relational and non-relational databases
• Experience with real-time data processing tools such as Apache Flink or Kafka
• Familiarity with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)
• Strong problem-solving and system design skills for building scalable and stable applications
• Proficiency in version control systems, preferably Git
• Experience with shift-left testing methodologies, including unit, integration, and automated testing
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail
• Proven track record of creating concise technical documentation for cross-team collaboration
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
