Job Description

Get to know the Team:

  • Grab Commercial and Support Sales Operations is the regional unit that manages the Sales Operations of all B2B teams within Grab.
  • We are looking for a Regional Sales Operations Program Manager to lead sales program to drive scale and growth.
  • You will report into the Regional Manager, Commercial Excellence and be based in Petaling Jaya, working onsite.

The Critical Tasks You will Perform:

  • Lead the planning, execution, and governance of strategic sales operations programs across markets and departments, ensuring agreement across the board.
  • Collaborate with Business Analytics local Sales operations, Deal Management, Commercial Excellence, Finance SSC, and product teams to deliver process optimization and system integration projects that produces commercial efficiency.
  • Partner with analytics and finance to define goals and dashboards that measure program success and sales performance.
  • Translate data insights into operational improvements and strategic recommendations.
  • Conduct post-program retrospectives to capture learnings and inform continuous improvement.

Qualifications

What Essential Skills You Will Need

  • You have academic background with a degree in Business, Economics, or Management.
  • Work Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years as a sales operations or commercial operations within a B2B, SaaS, enterprise, corporate or startup environment.
  • Track record in managing both strategic programs and tactical execution with a high level of ownership.
  • Good english speaking, communication and writing proficiency is a must to engage with regional team members across SEA across all levels.
  • Have demonstrated integrity and respect in the performance of their responsibilities.
  • Proficiency in client experience tools (Salesforce CRM)
  • Comfortable with large data analysis, proficient in SQL and Databricks
  • Regional experience in South-East Asia
