Get to Know the Team
The Surabaya Team is an established team responsible for running Grab business and operations in the cities within the region. City Operations Team is responsible for all cities budgets and targets by collaborating with other internal stakeholders from multiple functions.
Get to Know the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Partner Engagement Lead (4W) to join our team in Surabaya City, Indonesia. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the success of our 4W program by fostering strong relationships with key partners and stakeholders. You will directly report to the manager. The role will based onsite.
The Critical Tasks You Will Perform
- Develop and implement a comprehensive partner engagement strategy to support 4W program goals.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing partners while identifying and onboarding new strategic partners.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless partner integration and program execution.
- Analyze partner performance data and provide regular reports to stakeholders.
- Organize and facilitate partner meetings, workshops, and events to drive engagement and collaboration.
- Identify opportunities for program growth and expansion through partner initiatives.
- Act as the primary point of contact for partner inquiries and issues.
- Develop and deliver engaging presentations to partners and internal stakeholders.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to inform partner engagement strategies.
Kualifikasi
What Essential Skills You Will Need
- A minimum ofBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related fieldA minimums of 5+ years of experience in partner management, business development, or a similar role
- Experience on engaging effectively with partners at all levels
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies
- Experience with CRM software and partner management tools
- Knowledge of partner ecosystems and engagement strategies
- Understanding of business development and strategic partnership principles
- Willingness to travel as needed for partner meetings and events
