Job Description
Get to Know the Team
The Commercial team sets and executes Grab's revenue strategy—owning pricing, promotions, partnerships, sales ops, and account management. We analyze markets, build business cases, plan GTM, and track performance with cross‑functional partners.
Get to Know the Role
This is a 6 months full-time onsite role based in Singapore as part of the GRIT Programme.
This role supports the Commercial team and works across advertising sales and acquisition team to drive operational excellence and sales efficiency.
The Critical Tasks You Will Perform
- You will provide operational and sales support to Client Partners such as reconciliation of billing issues, collating of depository of campaign screenshots, campaign performance reporting.
- You will coordinate with stakeholders and clients to ensure timely campaign launch such as sending of ad specifications to clients and submit to ad ops for campaign setup, getting approvals on ad previews, resolving credit limit issues and any other processes.
- You will monitor delivery and performance using pacing information shared by Ad Ops.
- You will ensure all weekly campaign reports are delivered as well as post-campaign analysis with insights.
- You will be challenged to provide useful insight and recommendations to improve campaign performance.
- You will support Account Managers in building narratives for case studies.
- You will ensure clear, between client and our Grab teams.
- You will facilitate between the client and internal teams post-sales, such as under delivery, technical issues, bugs.
Qualifications
What Essential Skills You Will Need
Preferred: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a closely related field.
Technical Skills and Competencies Trainee will learn during the traineeship:1.
- You will pick up effective communication skills to both external and internal stakeholders
- You will gain advertising nuances and product knowledge across ads, mart, and pay, will be picked up through various tools and systems within the company
- You will hone data analytical skills through analysis of advertising performance
