Get to Know the Team

Grab For Business is Grab's B2B SaaS platform, streamlining transport, food, and delivery services for businesses of all sizes across Southeast Asia. Our services include business transport, food delivery, express deliveries, and mart services, supporting functions like Human Resources, Sales and Marketing, and Finance and Operations to improve employee morale, run campaigns, and simplify business expenses.

Get to Know the Role

As a Lead Product Manager, you will lead the product strategy for the problem space and use data to make informed decisions, measure product performance, communicate impact, and secure support from senior executives.

You will report to Head of Product of Grab For Business based in Singapore and work onsite with Commercial, Sales, Marketing, Analytics, and Engineering teams in Grab HCMC Office (CMC Creative Space).

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

  • Oversee product concepts, roadmap, and strategies, ensuring agreement on goals and market trends.
  • Conduct market analysis, user research, and focus groups to validate product concepts and prototypes, developing business cases for new programs.
  • Collaborate with the design team to create compelling user experiences and clear user stories for engineering teams.
  • Coordinate with partners across the organization to plan and implement product strategies, manage dependencies, oversee product roll-outs, and gather customer feedback.
  • Lead product meetings with clients, partners and diverse team members to foster understanding and lead decision-making based on market insights and competitive landscape analysis.
  • Expected to create high-velocity impact with sequential wins that add meaningful value, iterating rapidly.
  • Build products that our clients love and engage ensuring that we can achieve high client satisfaction and usage of Grab for their needs.

Qualifications

What Essential Skills You Will Need

  • You will have at least 5 years of direct experience in product management at a tech company in either platform or user-centric products.
  • You will need to showcase your experience managing the product lifecycle, including initial concept, market research, defining product requirements, working with teams, and ongoing product management.
  • You will have experience applying qualitative sense-making with quantitative, data-driven insights, ensuring that all decisions are grounded in analysis and practical understanding.
  • You will have experience conveying complex concepts and strategies to team members. This includes distilling technical details for non-technical leadership, translating strategic goals for engineering teams, and providing applicable guidance for operations.
  • You will demonstrate comfort in using AI tools for personal productivity (e.g., generating draft PRDs, summarizing research, synthesizing meeting notes).
  • You will regularly apply AI for data analysis, insight extraction, and discovery acceleration (e.g., using AI to explore usage patterns, clustering qualitative feedback, market scan).
  • You will use prototyping AI tools (e.g., low-code/vibecoding platforms) to create mockups for validation and to test/iterate multiple solution variations quickly.
  • You will use AI as a partner in technical exploration such as stress-testing scalability, running performance scenarios, and simulating throughput or workflow (e.g., using GPT or LLMs as a thought partner to test and validate hypotheses, understand platform technology, expand permutations of possible scenarios, and explore alternative solutions).
