The People Operations (Pops) team is on a mission to transform human resources in the same dynamic way. Our mission is simple: attract the extraordinary talent that makes up the Grab family.

Get to Know the Role

The Talent Acquisition Business Partner plays an important role in Grab's growth. You will hire talent to lead the growth of Grab and are expected to deliver high-quality partnership to the Tech, Corporate Functions and Business teams of Grab. As an individual contributor, you will report to the Head of People Operations BP, India R&D and be based onsite at the Grab Bangalore office.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

  • Manage the end-to-end candidate lifecycle, ensuring a positive and engaging experience from sourcing to offer closure.
  • Partner with leaders to address hiring needs, use market insights to target top talent, implement strategic recruitment plans, and ensure closures of positions assigned
  • Identify data and collaborate with team members to analyse and generate actionable insights that empower leaders to make informed hiring decisions.
  • Navigate hiring situations, suggest potential solutions, identify broken processes, and implement improvements to lead to efficiency.
  • Implement campus hiring and engagement, employer branding and recruitment marketing programmes.
  • Support and partner with the TA team and People Operations members in the country for a successful and seamless onboarding of new Grabbers.

Qualifications

What Essential Skills You Will Need

  • 3+ years of in-house full-cycle recruiting experience for Technology and corporate functions, applying diverse sourcing channels including online platforms and social media resources (e.g., LinkedIn, job boards, Boolean searches, and social networks) to build a talent pipeline
  • MBA, PGDBM, or PGDM with specialisation in Human Resources or Organisational Development (preferred)
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and provide strategic guidance on recruitment and compensation decisions.
  • Implement recruitment programmes (campus hiring, referral programmes etc.)
  • Experience engaging with AI tools and emerging technologies to enhance productivity, improve workflows, and contribute new ideas.
