Job Description
The Critical Tasks You Will Perform
- Lead end-to-end partnership assessments, ensuring coherence between high-level strategy, operational feasibility, and customer value.
- Evaluate financial models and P&L statements to assess deal profitability and long-term viability. Provide clear, data-backed recommendations on commercial terms.
- Work with Legal, Finance, Ops, and Sales to gather input and ensure each deal is reviewed from all critical angles.
- Identify risks and check for compliance by evaluate potential risks in partnership deals and ensure alignment with internal SOPs to minimize risk exposure for the business.
- Use market research and customer feedback to validate that partnerships are relevant and aligned with our needs.
- Ensure partnerships are set up for long-term success by balancing business goals, operational reality, and market demand.
Qualifications
Qualifications
- 5+ years in project management & commercial roles (e.g. bizdev, strategy, consulting, and finance).
- Strong in P&L analysis, financial modeling, and interpreting term sheets.
- Strong stakeholder engagement, with proven ability to translate data and insights into actionable recommendations for cross-functional teams.
- Proven ability to analyze partnership situations and identify opportunities that align with Grab's strategic needs.
- Practical business sense; connects strategy to on-ground realities.
- Experience with spotting risks and ensuring compliance with policies/regulations.
- High proficiency in English (min. CEFR B1) and Microsoft Office (Excel, Spreadsheets, and PowerPoint).
