Get to Know the Role
We are looking for a Technical Program Manager (G5) to manage complex, cross-functional programs and lead delivery of key initiatives. This role will focused on programmes in the autonomous vehicle (AV) space, requiring a candidate who can work across engineering, product, and operational teams to bring innovative mobility solutions to market.
You will be the bridge between business and engineering, ensuring delivery excellence while navigating the technical and operational complexities of AV programs. Given the cross-border nature of our partnerships and co.
You will report to the Senior Technical Program Management Leader and work onsite at Grab One-north office.
The Critical Tasks You Will Perform
- Drive end-to-end program management for AV related initiatives, including project delivery.
- Lead Agile/Scrum teams as Scrum Master or Agile Coach.
- Oversee quarterly roadmap planning and prioritisation with Tech and Product leaders.
- Prepare project timelines, define milestones, report progress, and resolve impediments.
- Collaborate with Engineers, Product Managers, Designers, Analysts, QA, and Operations teams to ensure delivery.
- Identify opportunities to improve delivery processes through data-driven insights.
- Manage cross-regional partners, ensuring agreement across multiple functions and languages.
Qualifications
What Essential Skills You Will Need
- 5+ years of hands-on program or delivery management experience, ideally in high-tech or mobility industries.
- Experience in autonomous vehicle, automotive, robotics, or advanced mobility programs is highly advantageous.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum practices and tools.
- Expert at building rapport and trust to successfully navigate complex discussions and influence outcomes.
- Skilled at balancing multiple priorities and exercising in a fast-paced, autonomous setting.
- Experience in product delivery environments is a plus.
- Advantage for Mandarin (spoken and written) to engage with stakeholders and partners across the region would be a plus.
