Get to Know the Team

The Mobility team at Grab focuses on enhancing transportation solutions and improving the user experience for our riders and drivers. We work on several aspects, including optimizing routes, ensuring safety, and integrating new technologies to make rides more efficient and accessible.

Get to Know the Role

You will help improve growth and partnerships for Grab's Vietnam Mobility team. You will focus on identifying new business opportunities, managing partnerships, and supporting programs that strengthen Grab's mobility ecosystem in Vietnam.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

• Conduct in-depth market research and data analysis to identify business opportunities.
• Develop, present and lead discussion on partnership proposals with potential partners.
• Guide commercial negotiations and contract processes with external partners.
• Monitor and evaluate partnership performance, providing insights.
• Collaborate with our teams to ensure smooth execution of signed programs.
• Manage timelines, and reporting for assigned business projects.

What Essential Skills You Will Need

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in business development, partnerships or operations.
• Experience with negotiation, contract management, and partner relationship management.
• Experience with project management
