Job Description

Get to Know the Team

We focus on building and maintaining relationships with large businesses and corporate clients. We provide tailored solutions that meet the needs of enterprises, which can include logistics, delivery services, and other commercial offerings. This team often collaborates with different departments to ensure that the services provided align with the goals of the enterprise clients.

Get to Know the Role

You will manage relationships with financial institutions. You will negotiate partnership agreements, collaborating on joint programs, and ensuring that both parties meet their strategic goals.

You will report to Manager, Enterprise Commercial.

You will work onsite at HCMC.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

Grow strategic partnerships with Financial Institutions (banks and e-wallet providers) to support Grab's payment ecosystem.

Coordinate with partners (Tech, Operations, Legal & Compliance, Marketing, Risk) to maintain service quality and deliver joint programs.

Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements by contract amendment and technical flow enhancement.

Negotiate and secure partner funding, marketing support, and joint investment to lead Grab's growth and customer engagement.

Analyze partner performance, create insights, and recommend projects to increase transaction reach, cost efficiency, and user experience.

Deploy new projects related to Financial Institutions.

Qualifications

What Essential Skills You Will Need

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field

3–5 years of experience in partnership management, business development, or payments/FinTech industry.

Track record in managing partnerships with banks, e-wallets, or financial institutions.

Experience with payment systems, e-wallets, and banking connectivity (gateway, H2H, acquiring/issuing flows).

Familiarity with compliance, regulatory frameworks, and risk management in financial services.

Experience with contract negotiation and partner management.

Experience establishing communication and engagement with prospects

Project management skills: ability to coordinate teams and Experience balancing multiple sales opportunities simultaneously.

Good at English.
