Join the Grab Jabodetabek Region Ops Team! In the Marketing Partnership team we identify opportunities, craft strategies, and secure deals with external partners, all while contributing to Grab's mission to empower the community.

Get to Know the Role

We're in search of a Marketing Partnership Manager. We're looking for someone with a track record in developing and overseeing territorial programs, from identifying opportunities and creating strategies to sealing deals with external partners. You will manage Jakarta Timur, Bekasi & Karawang area to improve partnerships and enhance outcomes to create greater impact for Grab. You will report to the Senior City Manager, and this role is based fully on-site in Jakarta.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

  • Cultivate a pipeline of partnership projects and meticulously planning and managing every action within your designated city for Grab's business expansion
  • Manage all partners (internal and external), including visiting, presenting, with corporate clients, and resolving potential issues
  • Manage profitability and return on investment of each partnership and project that we made in territory
  • Maintain operational standards for all projects you oversee
  • Draw valuable insights from data, trends, surveys, and market intelligence
  • Guarantee the best service quality for all partners
  • Uphold cost-efficiency, meeting designated operational and financial performance targets
  • Collaborate with external partners and our teams such as Business Desk, Marketing, Legal, and other relevant departments to enhance territory performance and achieve excellent result

Qualifications

What Essential Skills You Will Need

  • Min. Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or relevant fields
  • Min. 7+ years of experience in partnership, business development, or similar roles
  • Excellent in administration, business management, macro economic, and interpretation of data
  • Prior experience in people management, that allows one to work with people at all levels, to motivate and empower whenever necessary
  • Experienced in making important decision and provide solid recommendations based on data
  • Motivated in making a positive impact in emerging markets, and
  • Proficient in Ms. Office or Google Workspace tools (added value to have knowledge on other systems & tools to help implementation and tracking)
