Job Description
Get to know the role
We are looking for an experienced Head of Product to lead our GrabFood and GrabExpress products. You will be responsible for building a best in class online deliveries experience for our consumers, drivers and merchant partners. You will be reporting to GM, Online Deliveries. The role will be onsite and based in our Singapore office.
The Critical Tasks You Will Perform
- Strategy Development: Implement a comprehensive product strategy to grow the online deliveries products as well as enhance overall experience across Southeast Asia and beyond.
- Innovation and Improvement: Lead efforts to innovate and improve the existing 3 sided marketplace, addressing regional challenges and aligning with global standards.
- Cross-functional Leadership: Collaborate with engineering, operations, and business development teams to ensure cohesive product development.
- Stakeholder Management: Engage with internal and external stakeholders to understand needs, gather feedback, and drive product enhancements.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape to inform product decisions.
- Performance Monitoring: Establish metrics to monitor product performance and drive continuous improvement.
- Team Leadership: Lead a product team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.
Qualifications
The Essential Skills You Will Need:
- Over 10 years experience in a technology company, in product management or associated roles.
- Experience with the Southeast Asian consumer landscape, including its unique opportunities and challenges.
- Demonstrated ability to drive innovation and product improvements in complex and evolving environments.
- Leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with an emphasis on inclusivity and collaboration.
- Experience thriving in a dynamic setting while maintaining a focus on meaningful impact.
